Through reflexology I can focus on men and women’s health including fertility issues, emotional wellbeing - anxiety, pain in the body, lymphatic drainage, reduce swelling and inflammation & support the immune function and aid detox, energy healing and stress, sleep issues, digestive issues, as well as plantar fasciitis issues and general wellness goals. Reflexology does not diagnose or prescribe for illness it aims to bring forth a sense of calm within the mind-body and promote an overall feeling of well-being.

Treat: After I use my hot towels depending on the clients’ preference (infused with aromatherapy) I shall treat you to a blissful hour of pampering in a peaceful calming clinic ambience, the whole experience resulting in:

In every session I create a calming heart led space where you can feel safe, supported and be gently guided back to balance. Clinical reflexology is a non invasive holistic therapy that enables your body to heal in a relaxing rejuvenating way. Helping clients release stress and tension and improving sleep can help mind body and spirit thus getting back into balance.

All the systems of the feet musculoskeletal, respiratory, digestive, urinary, endocrine, nervous and lymphatic systems are addressed in a session and whilst it can be very deeply relaxing ,the benefits to clients can be numerous, including boosting energy levels, improved circulation, pain relief, digestive support, reduce stress and anxiety and improved sleep.
